EMPOWERMENT - Ganapati / June 22

 

On Sunday, JUNE 22th., Lama Kunga Rinpoche is offering a GANAPATI empowerment .

Ganapati is a Buddhist deity who embodies wisdom. He is in red in color, has the head of an elephant, eight arms and is dancing on one leg.
The practice of Ganapati is beneficial towards the removal of obstacles and creation of new opportunities.

Empowerment start at 1pm promptly-please arrive at 12:30 for registration. 

Requested donation is $30 and dana offering for the lama is separate .

EMPOWERMENT - Singhamukha / Aug 24, 2008


 

The Singhamukha Empowerment scheduled for Sunday, August 24th , rescheduled from June 2008.

Singhamukha, the Lion-faced Dakini, is a dharma protector and an enlightened form of female energy.  The practice of Singhamukha is beneficial for transforming negative mental projections, eliminating jealousy and protecting us from negative energies such as wars, natural disasters and epidemics.

Empowerment begins promptly at 1pm, so please arrive by 12:30pm. Suggested donation is $30 and dana offering for lama is separate.

Under the guidance of the accomplished tantric master Lama Kunga Thartse Rinpoche the center offers a wide variety of activities. Ewam Choden was one of the first Dharma Centers established on the West Coast, founded and continuosly overseen by Lama Kunga Rinpoche since 1973.
